This Privacy Policy explains how Techwave Solutions (“we”, “us”), operator of twsapps.cloud, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site, buy a product, or use FormBridge for Zoho.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.

4. How we use your information

To deliver your purchased licence and provide support; to send licence, renewal, and product update notices; to respond to enquiries; and to improve our products and this website.

5. FormBridge for Zoho and your data

FormBridge for Zoho runs on your own WordPress site and sends form submissions directly from your server to your own Zoho account. We do not receive or store the data your visitors submit through your forms. Delivery logs on your site record field names only, unless you turn on “Store submitted values” in Settings.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Paddle (payments), email and hosting providers needed to run this site and deliver support, and where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your licence is active and as needed for tax and accounting records afterward.
